Sophia oversees people and business operations for the Southeast Asia office, including recruitment, finance, compliance, safety and security, and project staffing. She previously held roles in IDinsight’s Global People Operations team and the Legal and Compliance team. Prior to working at IDinsight, Sophia worked at Smarter Good, where she fundraised for social impact organizations around the globe. Sophia holds a BA in Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University.
