As the Specialist in the Legal and Compliance team, Sophia works on global compliance, data privacy, and subsidiary governance, and drives a continuous improvement approach to legal matters across IDinsight. Prior to IDinsight, Sophia worked at Smarter Good, where she raised funds for a variety of social impact organizations around the globe. In addition to developing donor research pipelines and cultivation strategies for her clients, she managed a team of researchers and helped establish learning and development programs. She has also interned for the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor and the National Anti-Poverty Commission. Sophia holds a BA in Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University.
