Prior to IDinsight, Sourav worked as a LAMP fellow where he provided research assistance to a Member of Parliament. He has also interned with organisations like Dvara Research and Population Council working in areas of data protection, health and nutrition. Sourav holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) from Delhi University and a Master’s in Public Policy from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
