Tanya is currently working on the Mission Karmayogi project – the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) – that aims to strengthen civil services through continuous learning and competency-driven training. Prior to joining IDinsight, Tanya worked as a Research Consultant at Reach to Teach Foundation, where she supported education policy and program design for Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh’s Education Department. She has also worked on research projects on prison reform, political participation, and gender-violence with Institute of Development Studies (Jaipur), FLAME University, and Ashoka University, respectively. Tanya holds a BSc. Hons in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Studies and Research (DipASR) from Ashoka University.
