Prior to joining IDinsight, Urvi was an Analyst at McChrystal Group, where she advised Fortune 500 firms across sectors such as healthcare and IT on their strategy and implemented organizational processes to help them optimize their people performance. Urvi has also worked at the Reserve Bank of India and Darden Business School. Urvi has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Global Development from the University of Virginia.
