Bajeti Hub is a Kenyan non-profit organization working to advance transparency, accountability, participation, and equity in national and sub-national budgeting processes. We believe that greater transparency, inclusion, and equity in how public budgets are formulated and executed lead to enhanced accountability and better services.
A key pillar of our strategic outcomes is inclusive citizen engagement, where we aim to enhance inclusion, voice, and budget agency for all, especially marginalized groups in Kenya, such that by 2035, historically marginalized groups, including women, children, and persons with disabilities, have strengthened knowledge, capacity, and recognized platforms to meaningfully influence budget processes at national and county levels, resulting in more equitable and inclusive service delivery to these targeted groups.
IDinsight is a global data and evidence advisory that works with governments, philanthropies, and non-profits to improve lives at scale. We evaluate what works, build and deploy AI-for-good tools, and improve interventions so resources can do the most good. IDinsight both builds AI products in-house and rigorously evaluates them end-to-end, from model reliability testing through to population-scale impact measurement. We do this work from six offices across Africa and Asia, closest to the communities and partners we serve.
