Kassandra Barnes is the Regional Communications Officer at IDinsight, based in Manila, Philippines. Prior to IDinsight, Kass was the communications specialist for Plan International, where she oversaw branding and communications for development and humanitarian programs in the Philippines. She has cross-sector experience in children’s rights, gender equality and inclusion, health, climate change, and humanitarian response. Kass holds a degree in Diplomacy and International Relations with a specialization in East and Southeast Asian Studies from Ateneo de Manila University.
