Nairobi

The IDinsight Nairobi office opened in 2016 and is located along Riverside Drive, approximately five kilometers west of Nairobi’s central business district. The team works on projects across East Africa including learning partnerships with local governments, monitoring and evaluation support for foundations, and NGO evaluations.

The team organizes quarterly team-building activities, which vary from going to an escape room adventure in Karen to bowling at the Village market. In the office, the team has weekly popcorn breaks, monthly happy hours, brown bag lunches with external speakers in the development sector, as well as professional development sessions. Colleagues celebrate birthdays, holidays, work anniversaries, and have occasional office lunches and dinners together.
