Mulenga manages all elements of IDinsight’s client-facing projects, including evaluation designs, project implementation, client development, and the construction of high-quality communication materials, including policy briefs, technical reports, and presentations. Prior to IDinsight, Mulenga worked on multiple research, evaluation and policy advisory projects in the nutrition, health, education, women and youth empowerment sectors with organizations like SADC, UNICEF, American Institutes for Research, CIDRZ, Population Council, WorldFish. and PRICELESS unit at Wits University. Mulenga holds a PhD in Public Health from the University of the Western Cape and was part of the 2nd cohort of the Health Policy Analysis Fellowship of the World Health Organization’s Alliance of Health Policy and Systems Research. Mulenga is also an alumnus of the Global Health Corps fellowship, a highly competitive global health, social justice and leadership development fellowship.
