Mimi is a Senior Operations Manager based in Dakar, focusing on the recruitment, hiring and retention of the West and North Africa offices of IDinsight. Prior to joining IDinsight, Mimi worked in Education as a youth development and support professional, designing and running programs aimed at up-skilling and supporting students. A Chevening scholar, Mimi holds an MSc in Education (Leadership and Policy) with Distinction from the University of Bristol and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Salve Regina in the US (Rhode Island).
