Raisa supports IDinsight’s DataDelta team to improve field operations in the Philippines. As a client-facing Associate with the South East Asia office, Raisa supported an engagement with the Gates Foundation to study the digital economy and its welfare implications on gig workers. She also supported an engagement with Room to Read, which involved a qualitative study of their gender-transformative boys education program in Banteay Meanchey province, Cambodia. Prior to IDinsight, Raisa worked in human resources with technology companies in Indonesia, building multiple employee engagement and HR analytics initiatives from square one. Raisa holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, Indonesia.
