Ahmed joined IDinsight’s Morocco office in early 2024 as a Manager, bringing his expertise to projects across the West and North Africa (WNA) region. He possesses a diverse background in designing and implementing robust Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems for complex and multithemed regional projects. He champions an evidence-based approach to evaluation grounded in social science methodologies. Ahmed’s fluency in Arabic, French, and English, coupled with expertise as a context analyst, allows him to effectively navigate the region’s cultural nuances. This blend of academic rigor and real-world application positions him to deliver high-quality evaluations. Ahmed’s dedication extends beyond his current role. He actively participates in international evaluation networks, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the M&E field. Ahmed holds a Master of Research focused on management and entrepreneurship, which complements his practical experience.
