As the SEA Operations Specialist, Dara oversees end-to-end people operations across Southeast Asia, managing the full employee lifecycle, enhancing HR systems and policies, and supporting regional office operations. Before becoming an Operations Specialist at IDinsight, Dara served as a Senior Field Manager, leading nationwide survey operations for projects on Universal Health Care, vaccine hesitancy, health promotion and literacy, HIV, and grade repetition. Prior to that, she worked as a Science Research Specialist on clinical studies involving COVID-19 and Toxoplasmosis, and contributed laboratory and technical expertise to environmental research focused on mangroves, cetaceans, and phytoplankton. Dara holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Science from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
