Diksha Radhakrishnan is an Associate Director & India Lead, DataDelta at IDinsight, focused on building and managing public health and gender portfolio projects based in New Delhi, India. Diksha brings 10+ years of experience across qualitative & experimental research, designing programmes for scale & in managing government partnerships. Prior to ID Insight, Diksha worked as Deputy Director at the Centre for Social & Behaviour Change, Ashoka University where she served as Founding Lead for the first-ever Behavioural Insights Unit with the Central Government India, based at NITI Aayog. She also helped establish a Behavioural Design Lab at the Centre to bring together design-thinking with behavioural science for innovative solutioning. She also worked as Project Manager for the global innovation team at Evidence Action, Kenya supporting the scale-up of evidence-based interventions and as a Research & Training Manager at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, South Asia, managing large-scale public health evaluations across multiple states of India. Diksha completed her MSc. in Development Studies from the School of Oriental & African Studies, University of London and her BA in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
