Esther manages project teamwork and systems, conducts fit-for-decision research design, develops strong client relationships, leads data collection activities, and contributes to internal team building. Prior to joining IDinsight, Esther was a Research Assistant at the Federation of Kenya Employers, where she managed data collection and analysis for the organization. She was also involved in research and advocacy of public policy matters. Esther holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She has also pursued various certifications in data analytics, CRM database management and various public policy issues across certain sectors.
