Evy is a talent management professional passionate about building efficient systems and processes and leveraging data to create agile work environments that enable people to reach their highest potential. As part of the Global Operations team, she supports recruitment initiatives, people development, culture, systems, and people operations. Prior to working for IDinsight, Evy served as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at The African Leadership Group(ALX & The Room) where she was in charge of facilitating great quality hiring at scale, driving seamless hiring processes, building & managing data structures that inform people decisions and rethinking procedures and methodology. In addition to her experience in talent acquisition, Evy has also worked as a generalist overseeing the administrative functions of the HR department in various organizations. This broad experience has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of HR processes and the ability to handle diverse HR responsibilities. Evy holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nairobi. Currently, she is pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at One League. She is also pursuing an MSc in Business Psychology from the University of East London(UK).
