Fahad is currently working on the Mission Karmayogi project, a national program for competency-focused capacity building of civil services. In his previous projects, he worked on an embedded government partnership and strategic portfolio development for Health and Nutrition. Fahad worked at the Foundation for Economic Development for a short duration in 2022. Before joining IDinsight in 2021, he was a teaching assistant for Prof. Neelanjan Sircar at Ashoka University for Quantitative Research Methods course. He was also a research associate at the Trivedi Centre for Political Data in the summer of 2019. Fahad holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Studies and Research (DipASR) from Ashoka University. He did an advanced major in Political Science, summa cum laude. Fahad writes on public policy, politics and society.
