In his current role, Harish supports IDinsight’s monitoring, learning and evaluation partnership with Mission Karmayogi – the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), launched in 2020 to enhance governance through civil service capacity building in India. He has also worked on IDinsight’s learning partnership with the Meghalaya government and assisted with client development for the health and nutrition portfolio projects. Before joining IDinsight, Harish worked as a strategy consultant at the World Bank in Washington, DC and a research associate at the Centre for Policy Research in New Delhi. Harish holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, where he received the King Harris Scholarship, and a bachelor’s degree from Ashoka University, where he majored in English and minored in Mathematics and Political Science.
