Prior to joining IDinsight, Isa was an Economist at the Philippines’ Department of Finance, where she worked on numerous initiatives of the Philippine government to construct a short-to-medium-term framework to mitigate inflation and estimate the macroeconomic impact of various fiscal policy proposals. Isa holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics (cum laude) from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
