Prior to IDinsight, Jwalin interned at the World Wildlife Fund (WWF-US), examining the costs and benefits of interventions aimed at restoring forest landscapes in the global tropics. He also served as a Research Assistant at the Nicholas Institute for Energy, Environment & Sustainability, for a project studying the impact of external finance and COVID-19 on the governance of biodiversity conservation programs. Jwalin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Environmental Science & Policy from Duke University.
