Katie manages complex projects to support global operations, US operations, and other operational needs of IDinsight. Additionally, Katie is responsible for the oversight of US HR/compliance, US benefits, and US payroll. Prior to IDinsight, Katie worked as a global operations/global HR consultant for international non-profit organizations for a number of years, including providing support for IDinsight’s Global Operations team. Additionally, Katie brings HR, operations, and nonprofit management experience to IDinsight from her work as a People Operations Director at One Acre Fund and the Executive Director at Princeton in Africa. Katie has a master’s degree in International Relations and an Advanced Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in International Politics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
