Prior to IDinsight, Lavanya gained experience in the development and policy sector, working as an intern at NITI Aayog, Lend-A-Hand India and Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. Lavanya holds a Master’s degree in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
