Prior to IDinsight, Lena worked as a Partnership Assistant at the Plan International EU Office in Brussels and completed traineeships with the British Embassy in Warsaw and the Polish Ministry of the Interior and Administration. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Organizations from Leiden University, during which she completed a 7-month long exchange in Santiago, Chile.
