In previous roles, Lillian excelled as an Independent Communications Consultant, enhancing the visibility of non-profits, and as a Communications and Conference Manager at Global Health Strategies, where she wrote speeches for dignitaries and designed event e-posters. Her tenure as an Advocacy Communications & Influencing Advisor at Catholic Relief Services and as a Program Coordinator at Heinrich Böll Stiftung East & Horn of Africa further solidified her expertise in strategic communication and stakeholder engagement. Lillian’s background also includes roles such as East Africa Media Relations Associate at One Acre Fund, where she led communication strategies across six countries.
