Prior to joining IDinsight, Lipika worked as a State Coordinator with IDinsight and has previously worked with IFMR, EPoD, OPM and MIT’s Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL). Lipika has completed her Bachelor of Arts in History from Berhampur University.
