As part of the Global People Operations team, Nazneen handles the payroll processing of all employees of the organization across the globe. Prior to joining IDinsight, Nazneen worked at a textile startup, where she led the operations and brought in digitization and process streamlining. She gained experience on process-based operations working at Mphasis Ltd for three years, where she was part of the HR vendor management team. Nazneen has completed her MBA specializing in HR, from James Cook University Australia, and B.E. from Anna University Chennai, India.
