As Manager, Nyambe plays a pivotal role in coordinating and enhancing operational processes for the DataDelta team dispersed across India, the Philippines, and Kenya. He oversees core operations for dedicated and cross-functional teams, as well as streamlining field staff operations in multiple countries, with a focus on achieving DataDelta’s goals and impact. As Interim Chief of Staff for East and Southern Africa (ESA), Nyambe works as part of the regional Executive team, implementing strategic initiatives in collaboration with the ESA Operations team and other Executive teams across the organization. He acts as a thought partner to the Regional Director. He also supports senior leadership in developing partnerships, managing key relationships with funders, and enhancing IDinsight’s social impact across the region. Prior to joining IDinsight, Nyambe worked as a supply chain coordinator at Apple in California, where he primarily worked on the Responsible Sourcing and Data Analytics team. In this role, he liaised with the company’s global network of suppliers of rare minerals to ensure ethical conduct and sustainable practices in the sourcing of conflict-zone materials. He also worked on the company’s Labor and Human Rights team, where he helped ensure ethical and responsible practices in Apple’s labor supply chain. He also interned for the economics department of the Bank of Zambia. He holds an M.A. in Global Finance, Trade, and Economic Integration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Denver.
