Priyanka Oza works in the Impact Improvement Team at IDinsight, which leverages data to build strategies, tools and resources to level up the organization’s impact and efficiency across portfolios. Global and internal-facing, the Impact Improvement team uses the same rigorous problem-solving tools and data-driven insights IDinsight uses with clients, but instead, focuses on how IDinsight can make better decisions that increase the value per dollar provided to our partners. The team collects and analyzes internal data for use in improved decision-making, increasing execution efficiencies, and enhanced internal learning tools. Prior to IDinsight, Priyanka worked with Zinnov Management Consulting, helping Fortune 500 technology companies to define their Product, Innovation and Inclusion strategies for disruptive transformation in India. She has also been closely associated with Consult For Humanity and Tata Trusts, helping grassroots-level NGOs across India with capacity building and scalability. Priyanka holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Jai Hind College, Mumbai University, with a specialization in Advanced Economic Theory, Growth & Development, and International Relations.
