In her current role, Shreya supports IDinsight’s work on Mission Karmayogi, a national state capacity mission to improve the capability of government officials. Previously at IDinsight, she also worked with Niti Ayog to develop the National Data Analytics Platform (NDAP) and on an intervention funded by Porticus to evaluate social-emotional learning among adolescents. Prior to joining IDinsight, Shreya worked on the National Biodiversity with Ashoka Trust for Ecology and Environment (ATREE), a policy think tank, and in the areas of agriculture and energy policy with the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) and Integrated Research and Action for Development (IRADe). Shreya holds a postgraduate degree in Economics, with a specialization in Environment and Resource Economics, from the TERI School of Advanced Studies, and a bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Delhi.
