Shubhi is currently involved in a large-scale survey on the health, nutrition, and education sectors in a southern state in India. Her primary workstreams include data collection, data quality processes, and data analysis. She has also worked on IDinsight’s learning partnership with Mission Karmayogi – the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), launched in 2020 with the objective of enhancing governance through civil service capacity building in India. Prior to IDinsight, Shubhi worked at NEERMAN, an M&E research organization, where she gained experience in large-scale evaluation studies in partnership with multilateral organizations such as UNICEF. Shubhi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hansraj College, Delhi University and a Master’s in Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics.
