Simon works with the client-facing team, where he is responsible for implementing research, evaluations and data-driven projects for IDinsight clients. Prior to joining IDinsight, Simon worked as an investment professional managing multi-billion equity funds in infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships across Europe before turning to policy and project evaluations. His journey includes roles such as Research Assistant at the Paris School of Economics, Assistant Campaigner at Greenpeace France and Investment Manager at Vauban Infrastructure Partners. He brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the team. Simon holds a master’s degree in Economics from the ENS Paris-Saclay & Paris-Saclay University in Paris, obtained in 2023. He also graduated from Sciences-Po Rennes and ESCP Europe. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
