Sonali supports the people operations at India regional office. Prior to joining IDinsight, Sonali worked as the Senior Program Manager at the Connecting Dreams Foundation, where she led the Global Fellowship Programme and spearheaded the planning, organization, and execution of various events. Prior to that, she worked with Better.com as a Pod Manager in the Business Operations and Excellence Team, contributing to the scaling of various functions. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Development and Childhood Studies from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi.
