Prior to joining IDinsight, Terry worked in Oxford Policy Management Indonesia (OPMI) on mixed method studies on civil and population registration systems, School Operational Assistance Funds (Dana BOS), and social protection programs. Before OPMI, he worked in Jakarta as a Research Manager with J-PAL Southeast Asia, focusing on randomized evaluation of home-based growth charts for stunting reduction and projects in the education sector with the Ministry of Education in Indonesia. Terry holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Science from the London School of Economics.
