Vidya Nair is the Director of India Operations at IDinsight, based in Delhi, India. In this capacity, she leads and collaborates closely with the Operations and Administrative teams in the Delhi office, shaping and optimizing systems and policies to empower IDinsight’s staff for peak performance. Vidya is deeply committed to embodying IDinsight’s mission and values, contributing positively on a global scale. Prior to joining IDinsight, Vidya spearheaded transformative initiatives, driving significant growth in partnerships across critical sectors such as RMNCH+A, Nutrition, Immunization, Infectious diseases, NCDs, GBV, and Mental Health as the Director of Innovation Grants and partnerships at Dimagi. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found and serve as COO of VSpace.Technology. Prior to these endeavours, she made notable contributions in organizations including Rushydro International Pty. Ltd., American Express, and AVL India Pvt Ltd, among others. Vidya is a graduate of the prestigious INSEAD Leadership Program for Senior Executives and holds a PGD in Human Resource Management. She also possesses a strong academic foundation, including a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Technology Management and a B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering. She continues to expand her knowledge through certifications in areas such as Green Jujitsu, Risk Modeling, and Operations Management.
