Zia’s role at IDinsight is a combination of working towards the expansion of the DSEM team and conducting technical project work. Prior to IDinsight, Zia worked in Rwanda for Laterite where he conducted research in areas like education, health, and youth employment. Zia enjoys learning new things. These days, he is focusing on machine learning and the violin, with hopes of getting into sailing soon.
